- ✓Let automation handle it so asks never depend on a busy tech remembering.
Frequently asked questions
Is it allowed to ask customers for Google reviews?
Yes. Google permits businesses to ask customers for reviews. ReviewAsk sends the same request to every customer, never offers incentives, and never filters out unhappy customers — all of which keeps you in line with Google’s review policies.
How quickly does the request go out?
Instantly, or after a delay you choose, once the job is completed or paid. You can also send manually from your phone.
Can I ask past customers?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet of past customers with names and emails and send to all of them with one confirmation.
How many reminders do customers get?
Just one polite follow-up on day 3 with the same link. Then it stops.
