Frequently asked questions
Is it allowed to ask customers for Google reviews?
Yes. Google permits businesses to ask customers for reviews. ReviewAsk sends the same request to every customer, never offers incentives, and never filters out unhappy customers — all of which keeps you in line with Google’s review policies.
Can requests send automatically when a job is paid?
Yes. Connect QuickBooks, Stripe, Zapier, or optionally Jobber or Housecall Pro, and a request goes out when the invoice is paid.
What if I don’t use any software?
Send a request from your phone in seconds, or upload a spreadsheet of customers.
How much does it cost?
