Frequently asked questions
Is it allowed to ask clients for Google reviews?
Yes. Google permits businesses to ask customers for reviews. ReviewAsk sends the same request to every customer, never offers incentives, and never filters out unhappy customers — all of which keeps you in line with Google’s review policies.
Does it work with Square?
Yes. Connect Square and ReviewAsk can send a request automatically after a completed sale. You can also send from your phone or upload a spreadsheet.
Will clients get spammed?
No. Each client gets one request and at most one follow-up three days later. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
Do clients need to create an account?
No. The email has one button that opens your Google review form directly.
